Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort felt quite underwhelming compared to what I had hoped for. While the villa we stayed in was nice enough with a small private pool, the service was generally lacking, and many facilities were closed during my visit. The dining experience was disappointing, especially given the high prices, and the attention to detail seemed to have diminished since my last visit.
I had high hopes for this resort during our family trip to Hanoi, especially since we booked a presidential room. The stunning views from the private pool were a highlight, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service and uncleanliness. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and we faced issues with shuttle bookings which left us stranded. While the location is beautiful, the overall quality of the food and service did not meet expectations.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. While the lakeview villa was a lovely spot to relax, the overall experience was marred by overcrowding and declining food quality. It felt more chaotic than a peaceful retreat, and I noticed a significant drop in service and amenities compared to my last visit.
Our stay at the resort had some ups and downs. The rooms could have been cleaner, and the check-in process was frustratingly slow. On the bright side, the location offers great views, and the dining experience was overall quite enjoyable with a good variety of options.
The resort offers a clean and fresh environment with beautiful architecture, perfect for a family escape from city pollution. However, the service left much to be desired, as the staff seemed inattentive to customer needs. The spacious three-room apartment provided a lovely area for relaxation, but I hope the service improves for my next visit.
